I bought this diffuser hoping it would make a small lobby smell nice, but it was underwhelming. Even on the higher setting, I could only really smell it if I was standing right next to it, which kind of defeats the whole purpose, you know?

It was also weirdly inconsistent. Some days it seemed like it was running, and other days I had to fiddle with the settings or unplug it and plug it back in just to get it going again. Not exactly what I wanted to be dealing with during the day.

For the price, I really expected better. Maybe I just got a bad unit, which happens, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It works fine enough, but for what you’re actually getting, I expected a lot more. It’s not totally useless or anything, just feels overpriced. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The scent is really nice and it fills the room super fast. I actually had to turn it down a bit because it was strong, but overall I’m really happy with it. Definitely a solid 4 stars from me.

My order showed up in a badly smashed box, and one of the items was leaking inside. The packaging felt cheap, especially for what I paid. I reached out to support too, but the reply felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address the issue, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

The product itself was alright, so I don’t really have major complaints there. But trying to exchange it was more of a hassle than I expected, and the support replies took longer than I’d like. I’m kind of torn because the item wasn’t bad, but the whole returns experience would make me think twice before ordering again anytime soon.

Ugh. I ended up waiting over a week for it to arrive, which felt way too long. Disappointing

I got my order and most of it was right, but one item was wrong and it was kind of annoying because everything else showed up fine and I was already ready to eat.

I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was just simple. The pages loaded fine too, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I was actually surprised by how many fragrance options they had. Some smelled really clean and fresh, while others had that warmer, fancy hotel kind of vibe. I’m always a little worried these descriptions will make everything sound amazing and then the scent won’t match, so I took my time choosing. There were definitely a few I wanted to try, but with so many options it took me a bit to decide. I just wish the scent descriptions were a little clearer so I felt more sure before ordering.

It actually uses less oil than I thought it would, which is nice. So far it seems to last well, but I’m still not completely sure how good the overall quality is. It’s been fine for now though.

I couldn’t get it working at all. I tried messing with the setup for a while, but it just felt like wayyy more of a pain than it should’ve been...

We stayed at a hotel that had this amazing scent, and I ended up ordering this because hotel smells are basically always the best. It’s really close to what I remember, maybe just a little stronger when using it at home. Still smells super nice though, and shipping was totally fine. I’d definitely buy it again.

Customer service was actually nice and helped me figure out what was going on with my order. It definitely took longer than I was hoping, which feels like something whoever runs this should probably fix, but at least they got it sorted out in the end

I have to say, these smell really good. Like, the kind of scent where you notice it right away and think, okay, that’s nice. My only little hesitation is that it’s a bit stronger than I expected, so part of me is like, maybe use a little less next time. Still, overall, I really like it.

I bought the hotel smell refill i’m surprised how long the scent hangs around. It lasts pretty much all day without me messing with the settings. If they ever change this formula or make it weaker, I’m probably switching to something else, but for now I’m really happy with it.

I do really like the smell, it’s pleasant and not too overpowering. The diffuser worked well at first, but after a while it started shutting off randomly, so I’ve had to keep checking on it and fiddling with it. For the price, I was hoping it would be more of a set-it-and-forget-it thing. Customer support was decent, but overall I’m still a bit disappointed with how unreliable the device has been.
